PAYMENTS
Payments are generally paid for in full if the item is an ‘off the shelf’ product ready for immediate delivery. We may, in our absolute discretion, however accept non-refundable deposits of between 40%-60% of the full purchase price in relation to any orders for Bespoke pools, enclosures and other items produced to specification, with the remaining balance payable when confirmation has been received from the factory of dispatch to the Customer’s address.
LOWEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Our low price guarantee is limited to CALL-IN purchases only.
If you find a lower price at another store on a new, comparable one-piece / polymer design, show us the lower price at the time of inquiry and we will beat it on the spot. Our price is the final price. You pay after any discounts, coupons, or instant savings are applied. We will beat the other store’s point-of-sale price after deducting their instant rebates and coupons. We will not match the other store’s mail-in rebates.
A pool is considered comparable when it is the same size, shape, model #, wall height, liner thickness, frame material and has the same features and warranty. We reserve the right to verify all information.
